For this Airbnb project, the goal was to create a clean, modern exterior while working within a tight timeline to ensure the property was ready to go live on schedule.

We painted the main body in Alabaster for a bright, fresh look, with Iron Ore on the soffits, fascia, gutters, downspouts, and both doors to add bold contrast. The shutters were finished in Sand Beach to bring warmth and balance to the overall design.

All soffits were sprayed for a smooth, even finish. In the front where decorative rock made access tighter, we carefully prepped and sprayed to ensure full coverage in every crevice. The end result is a crisp, modern exterior that not only boosts curb appeal but helps the property stand out online and attract more bookings.
