We recently completed a full repaint of a neighborhood HOA clubhouse, refreshing the building’s appearance and helping protect it from the Florida elements.

The project began with detailed surface preparation, including pressure washing, cleaning, and addressing areas with peeling or worn paint to ensure proper adhesion. Once everything was properly prepped, we applied a premium exterior coating system from Sherwin-Williams for a smooth, durable finish built to handle Florida’s sun and humidity.

For this project we painted the entire building body, soffits, doors, and trim, along with several retention walls and the pool house to keep the whole area looking consistent and refreshed. The main building color was Latte, with Protege Bronze used for the doors and accent areas. The trim and soffits were finished in a clean white to give the building a sharp contrast and polished look.
