This project involved a full interior repaint in collaboration with a local builder on a unit located in Siesta Key. The unit had sustained major fire damage after a neighboring residence caught fire, requiring the space to be fully gutted down to the studs and rebuilt.

Once reconstruction was complete, we were brought in to handle all painting and finishing. All new drywall was fully primed prior to painting to ensure proper adhesion, uniform coverage, and a consistent final appearance.

The client selected a full color-drench using Sherwin-Williams Greek Villa, creating a clean, cohesive look throughout the entire unit. We applied a flat finish on the walls and a satin finish on all trim, doors, and shiplap to provide subtle contrast and durability.

A significant portion of the project included newly installed shiplap, which required detailed preparation. All nail holes were filled, joints were carefully caulked, and surfaces were thoroughly sanded to ensure a smooth, uniform finish. After prep, the entire unit was masked and prepared for spray application to achieve a consistent, high-quality result.

The final product came together exceptionally well, delivering a bright, seamless interior. Projects like this are always rewarding, especially working right on the beach in Siesta Key.
