We recently completed a full exterior repaint for one of our repeat customers in Lakewood Ranch, transforming an older-style home and dated paint job into a fresh, updated look.

For the main body of the home, we used Sherwin-Williams Alabaster, including the entire exterior, lanai, and lanai floor. We used Iron Ore on the soffits, front door, and select exterior accents to add a modern contrast. The front architectural bands were finished in Pure White, giving the front of the home a clean contrast against the Alabaster and helping the details stand out.

We completed thorough prep work and professional application throughout the exterior to achieve a clean, even, long-lasting finish. The end result was a completely refreshed exterior that gave this older home a new, modern feel while keeping its original character.

Another great transformation for a repeat customer who trusted Oceanview Painting with their home once again.
